Privacy
Short version. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-first, no cookies). We don't sell anything to anyone. Chat queries hit our servers and are logged for quality.
What we collect
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. Aggregate page views, no cookies, no personal identifiers.
- Chat queries. The text of your question, the response, your IP (rate-limiting), and a timestamp. Retained 30 days. No account, no name.
- Newsletter signup. Email address only. Stored at the email service provider. Unsubscribe in every email.
What we don't collect
- No third-party tracking cookies.
- No fingerprinting.
- No data sold or shared.
Members (when paid plans launch)
Subscription processing via Stripe. Email and billing address held by Stripe. We hold a Stripe customer ID, your subscription status, and your API key hash.
Your rights
Email hello@chalkline.com.au to delete any data we hold on you.
